quilt_1647cLCIF’s Quilting Group has been working very hard to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief. We have all the supplies and equipment—we just need hands to help. No experience is necessary and if you can’t stay for the whole time, please come when you can and stay as long as you can—we’ll find a job for you. This is a great way to do “God’s Work. Our Hands.” Please consider joining us in this venture. Please see Estelle Segaitz if you have questions. We meet each week, though the days vary according to the Women’s Bible Study schedule. We’ll be working together on Monday, January 18, from 10 AM to 2 PM. ALL are welcome!

Special Request: The quilters need new and gently used FLAT sheets in full or queen size to use on the back of quilts for Lutheran World Relief. Bring them to the church office anytime.

Can You Step In?The best way for us to get our next pastor is to maintain and operate LCIF.

LCIF is set up to run on a committee system. Our prayer is that YOU will agree to commit your time and energy to this important work of our congregation. Please prayerfully consider serving on the church council, as a committee member or as our congregations’ treasurer.
At our Congregational Meeting on Sunday, January 31, we will elect folks for important work. Please consider serving in at least one capacity.

  • Church Council (3 positions to fill)
  • Treasurer (1 position to fill)
  • Audit Committee (1 position to fill)
  • Nominating Committee (6 positions to fill)
  • Synod & Conference Assembly Delegates (3 positions to fill )

Please see Janice Schettini, Marge Buck, Mark Anzelon, Anita Stoker or Renee Brandt. Please offer yourself to serve. If we don’t have people to serve, we can’t get our next pastor.
